Chika Pow Wow

I really cannot explain to you how much I love online shopping! It always help me to save my money and time. I can just stay on my bed and click away! I know Chika Pow Wow from some bloggers weeks ago. It's such a cute company name and I love the layout so much, because I love cute chicks❤


I finally signed up for it and gave it a try on last night. That was my first time bidding. Actually I'm using my roomate's account because I can't log in my own account. I forced asked her apply for me. Not only me, my friend, Deadfish also has the same problem with me. I think they still need some improvements.

After I signed up then I purchased the so called 'chikas'. Chikas is kinda like chips for you to bet in the casino, but instead of betting, I bid with my chikas.

There are few packages for you to choose. From 25 chikas onwards to 500 chikas. It depends on how many chikas you think you need to win in the auction. I got myself 100 chikas (RM150). So, 1 Chikas cost RM1.50, and 1 Chikas only can use for 1 bid. That means 1 bid cost RM1.50

There are many hot stuff for grabs such as iPhone 4S, iPod Touch and many more!

Besides that, you also can see all the auction won before. They offered iPad, branded goods like Tiffany&co, Burberry, Longchamp, Prada and many more Italian and European branded goods on last few weeks. I should sign up early T___T

How to pow? Click on the Pow button to initiate a Pow. An eligible auction will be removed from you the moment you click on the Pow Button. Each time you click on the Pow, the timer increases by 20 seconds and the price increases an amount that is already predetermined, 1 sen, 5 sen or 10 sen. You win the auction when the timer runs down to 0 second, and you are the last Chikadian.

Since my hubby boy want to change his handset and as usual being the greedy me, so I joined the iPhone auction. ytzeling is my roomate's user name.

If you look at the Pow history below corner on the right side, you can clearly see all the Chikadian names.

While waiting for the time runs down to 0 second. I back to main page to see others auctions. My friend, Zi Fu spotted the Chika Pack 100 is running down to 0 second and not many Chikadian there. So I quickly joined the auction.

I'm so lucky. I won this Chika Pack 100 worth RM150 at the end of the auction. After that I completed this auction by paying RM1.80 through ebanking to get my Chikas. Sometimes I heard this word 'bid' from Hong Kong drama. But I don't know what exactly is it. Until last night I have some ideas about it.

It was such an exciting experience because I literally spent a lot of time just staring at the timer. My advice is to Pow the last 1 second bacause usually people will Pow the last 5-15 seconds.

By the way, I'm still in the process of learning about this whole bidding thing, and I hope that I could find something useful for me from this site.
